The assets you will work on

Make your experience useful beyond one employer.

The Lab connects your established expertise to a buyer, a defined piece of paid work and a way to test and deliver it. Your income direction should support the life you want—whether that means greater career choice, flexibility at home or a planned move abroad.

01

Authority Graph

Start with your professional experience and identify where your expertise can create commercial value beyond a job title.

03

Market Validation & Delivery Architecture

04

An income path aligned with your life

Consider how the work could support your career and location goals. Build toward greater choice without discarding the career you have already built.

The experience behind the Lab

Teaching experience. Commercial perspective. Practical guidance.

My work spans adult learning, K–12 education as a New York City Teaching Fellow, software training in the legal industry, and career-development training for federal workers as a government vendor. I also created a Life Planning program for people navigating different life circumstances.

Consulting has been an anchor income while I’ve lived in Spain and built other parts of my business. In the Lab, I bring that teaching experience and commercial perspective to helping you examine your expertise, shape an offer, and test it with potential buyers.

Income first. Location second.

Build work that fits the life you want.

Greater flexibility at home or a future in another country: the income work starts with what you know and the people who need it.

Frequently asked questions

Before you apply

Who is the Lab for?+

Experienced professionals who want to build an income option from expertise they have developed over a career. You may be employed, in transition or planning a different way of living. You need meaningful experience and the willingness to turn it into practical work and real market conversations.

How is this different from a make-money-online program?+

The starting point is your established professional expertise and the life you want it to support. The Lab combines the Authority Graph, a Signature Commercial Offer, and Market Validation & Delivery Architecture. You work on identifying commercial value, defining paid work and testing it with potential buyers. The format follows the expertise and buyer need; it is not a prescribed digital-product formula.

What is the Authority Graph, and is it included?+

The Authority Graph is the starting asset for examining your professional expertise and where it can create commercial value. It gives the offer-development work a foundation in the experience you have already built. Your Authority Graph is included in the $1,497 Lab investment.

What do you mean by an offer?+

An offer is a clear proposal for paid work: the problem you address, who it is for, what you will deliver, the scope and the price. It could be a training engagement, advisory service, defined project or another appropriate service. A course or downloadable product is only one possible format.

Do I need an offer or business idea before applying?+

No. You need professional experience worth examining and a willingness to make decisions and test them. The first part of the Lab helps you choose a direction and identify whom that work could serve.

Do I need to become an entrepreneur or leave my job?+

You do not have to commit to full-time business ownership or resign from your job. Some participants may build independent businesses; others may explore supplemental income or a transition bridge. Paid independent work can carry business responsibilities, and any outside work must fit your employment and professional obligations.

Do I need a large social media following?+

No established following is required to apply. The Lab includes identifying prospects, developing outreach language and holding real buyer conversations. A relevant buyer relationship matters more to that work than a follower count.

Can this work for professionals over 50?+

The Lab is designed around accumulated professional experience, with particular relevance to mid-career and later-career professionals. Age alone does not establish demand; you still need to connect your expertise to a problem buyers value and test that connection.

What happens during the eight weeks?+

You work on an income option grounded in your professional experience, with guidance from Arnitha, practical implementation and feedback from real market conversations. The Authority Graph is included, alongside small-group support and resources to help you put your expertise to work.

What should I expect to leave with?+

The intended outputs are your Authority Graph, a defined commercial offer and a practical approach to market validation and delivery. Buyer feedback may support your direction or show what needs to change. The Lab does not promise that an initial idea will be validated or that income will arrive within eight weeks.

Is this self-paced, and what participation is expected?+

It is a guided implementation experience with structure, deadlines, feedback and accountability. You will need time to complete the work and speak with potential buyers. The cohort schedule and participation details are provided with an invitation so you can assess the commitment before enrolling.

Do I have to want to move abroad?+

No. The central work is building an income option from your expertise. You can apply it to greater career choice or flexibility where you already live. Global mobility is an option, not a requirement.

How does the 12-Month Move Abroad Planning segment fit?+

It is an optional planning segment inside the Lab for participants who want to connect their income work to a future move abroad. It does not replace the core eight-week income work. The 12-month reference describes the planning horizon, not the length of the Lab or a promise that relocation will happen within a year.

Does the Lab guarantee income or a move abroad?+

No. Results depend on buyer demand, the direction you choose, your execution and other circumstances. The Lab provides guided work and market testing. It does not guarantee sales, salary replacement or relocation.

What is the investment?+

The investment is $1,497 and includes your Authority Graph plus the eight-week Portable Income Lab. If invited, you will receive the payment link, available payment options, cohort schedule and next steps before deciding whether to enroll.

Does applying guarantee a place or obligate me to enroll?+

No. Applications are reviewed for fit, readiness and alignment with the cohort. Acceptance is not automatic, and submitting an application does not commit you to payment or enrollment.

What will I need for the application?+

Be ready to describe your professional experience, what you want your next chapter to make possible and your capacity to participate. The application asks about your LinkedIn profile and requires your most recent résumé or professional bio so your background can be reviewed.

When will I hear back?+

You can expect a response within 3–5 business days. If invited, you will receive the cohort start date, payment link and next steps. Applying does not obligate you to enroll.
